Distribution helps recruit welding engineering students through renewable need and merit-based scholarships, not to exceed 25% of the year’s tuition and fee total. Preference is to Ohio, New York and Wisconsin residents. Recipients maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA for scholarship renewal

Income provides renewable need-based scholarships to welding engineering majors who have completed their first academic year. Ebert, his war bride Hanni and their family, friends and associates; used to support welding engineering students based on academic merit and financial need with preference given to undergraduates and special attention to immigrants and children of immigrants, veterans of the US Armed Forces with at least two years of honorable service, members or graduates of an advanced ROTC program, and other deserving welding engineering students. The Filbert Family Scholarship

The fund provides one or more scholarship(s) to students who are enrolled in the College of Engineering (“College”) and majoring in welding engineering. It is the Donors’ desire to provide as significant financial support as possible to one eligible recipient. Any remaining funds shall be used to provide as significant financial support as possible to additional eligible recipients. If no students meet the selection criteria, the scholarship(s) will be open to all students enrolled in the College.
