Distribution helps recruit welding engineering students through renewable need and merit-based scholarships, not to exceed 25% of the year’s tuition and fee total. Preference is to Ohio, New York and Wisconsin residents. Recipients maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA for scholarship renewal

603235 E.A. Hobart Welding Engineering Fund Established November 6, 1970, by Mr. Hobart and the C. C. Hobart Foundation in his honor. Income provides undergraduate scholarships, faculty research, equipment and other items in welding engineering. Endowment Student Financial Aid
643816 The Edward M. Kowalski Scholarship Fund Established February 4, 2000, in his memory by his widow, Shirley R. Kowalski, friends and colleagues through The Foundation. Income provides renewable need-based scholarships to welding engineering majors who have completed their first academic year. Smith, family and friends through The Foundation.  Income supports renewable scholarships for deserving welding engineering students including middle income and workin g students from Ohio with preference for those with previous education in a technical school. Stitt; used to provide merit-based undergraduate scholarships for students in their sophomore year who are enrolled in the College of Engineering majoring in Welding Engineering. 601880 Harry W. and Hanni H. Ebert Scholarship in Welding Engineering Established April 5, 1985 with gifts from Harry W. Ebert, his war bride Hanni and their family, friends and associates; used to support welding engineering students based on academic merit and financial need with preference given to undergraduates and special attention to immigrants and children of immigrants, veterans of the US Armed Forces with at least two years of honorable service, members or graduates of an advanced ROTC program, and other deserving welding engineering students.
