We are pleased to inform you that incentive funds for achieving Scarlet status for FY23 will be $1,000 and for achieving Gray status will be $500. The transfer of funds will be completed within the month.

Standard Club/Society requirements to achieve Scarlet, Gray or Carmen

• Use Donation Membership or submit annual Membership List
• Submit annual Officer Roster
• Fundraise for your scholarship(s)
• Clubs: Host game watch(es)
• Proof of submission of the 990-N
• Minimum of two board meetings
• All elected board members must be active members of the Alumni Association
• Returned attendance sheets/post-event forms
• Board Meeting Minutes submitted via DocuSign using post event report

To achieve Scarlet status for FY24:

• The above-mentioned requirements
• 5 Different Category 1 events
  • Must be submitted through DocuSign, within 30 days of the event and include the registration report
  • 25 or more alumni and guests in attendance
  • To reach a wider audience, you need to utilize OSUAA Communications to send your event invite

To achieve Gray status for FY24

• The above-mentioned requirements
• 3 Different Category 1 events
  • Must be submitted through DocuSign, within 30 days of the event and include the registration report
  • 25 or more alumni and guests in attendance
  • To reach a wider audience, you need to utilize OSUAA Communications to send your event invite

To achieve Carmen status for FY24

• The above-mentioned requirements
• 1 Different Category 1 event
  • Must be submitted through DocuSign, within 30 days of the event and include the registration report
  • 25 or more alumni and guests in attendance
  • To reach a wider audience, you need to utilize OSUAA Communications to send your event invite
• Please note, failure to submit any documentation for two years will result in your group to be tagged as inactive

Event Reimbursements for FY24

• You can be reimbursed up to $250 for 5 different Level 1 categories, providing the following is met:
  • Communication invite was sent by ADV COM, to cast a wider audience
    • Exception is if your group has a more robust database
    • Review with your EO or Liaison before submitting
  • 25 or more alumni and guests attended the event
  • The DocuSign is submitted with an attendance sheet, copies of the receipts, and submitted within 30 days of the event
  • Only Scarlet or Gray tiered alumni groups are eligible to request a reimbursement
