REMOTE EVENT: What does it Really Mean to have a Diverse, Equitable and Inclusive Workplace?

October 30, 2020 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Free

Join the Lhota Office of Alumni Career Management and a panel of DE&I experts to discuss what it means to create an inclusive and equitable workplace.

Many organizations are beginning to evaluate their own diversity, equity and inclusion strategies based on the recent rise in racial tensions in our world to further assess how they are helping to reduce or eliminate racial inequality and injustice in the workplace. Additionally, organizations are reviewing their hiring practices and upward mobility opportunities to create a more equitable and inclusive workforce. Join a conversation with DE&I experts who will provide further insights and knowledge from their own personal and professional experiences. They will share how organizations can effectively provide opportunities where ALL employees voices are heard equally, and how organizations can help create a work culture where employees can be their authentic self and feel a sense of belonging.
