Friday, September 6: Reception – Le Méridien Hotel

·         5-5:30 p.m. – Happy Hour (Hotel Lobby, Soul Bar)

·         5:30 p.m. – Check in (Please arrive promptly!)

·         6-9 p.m. – Reception and Cash Bar (Coleman Ballroom)

·         TBA – After Party (Wristbands only sold at Friday Reception)

Saturday, September 7

·         Timing TBA – Tailgate (Add on experience)

·         5:30 p.m. – Field Pass Pick Up

·         6 p.m. – Grassy Knoll Performance

·         7:30 p.m. – Kick Off

Please note: In order to participate in Cheering on the Field, you need to have the approved polo with black bottoms. We have 1 hat and 1 jacket approved for the field. If you do not have this item, we will have limited quantities for sale at the Friday Reception, first come first serve.
